We produce the first apartment image free, from your own drawing — send a floor plan
DOLLHOUSEVISUALS
For residential developers

Faster pre-sales, because buyers finally see what they are buying.

We produce a separate visual and walkthrough video for every apartment, from the drawings you already have. In three seconds a buyer understands the floor plan they would otherwise scroll past. No site work, no show flat, no waiting for the shell to be finished.

The first apartment image is free, made from your own drawing.

This becomes that

Drag the slider

On the left the construction drawing, on the right the visual made from it. Same apartment, same scale. Walls, partitions, doors, windows and room boundaries come from the drawing; furniture, materials and light are added on top.

The finished dollhouse visual of the apartment
The construction drawing of the same apartment, with dimensions

Both layers sit on the same canvas at the same scale, so the drawing lines fall on the walls of the visual.

  • Living room16.01 m²
  • Bedroom10.90 m²
  • Kitchen5.46 m²
  • Dining3.81 m²
  • Hall5.38 m²
  • Bathroom5.30 m²
  • WC1.76 m²
  • Loggia5.26 m²

The room areas come from the construction drawing of the apartment shown in the slider. They are not estimates.

Buyers cannot read a floor plan. They are not going to learn.

The dimensioned drawing is right there in the listing, and the buyer still scrolls past. Not because they dislike the apartment, but because they cannot see it: where the sofa goes, which way the bedroom faces, how big the kitchen really is. Your sales agent explains this to every single enquiry, one at a time. On a dollhouse visual it takes three seconds.

How it is made

Free test image

Send one floor plan and see what comes out of it

We produce the first apartment image free, from your own drawing. No contract, no deposit. If you do not like it, that is where it ends.

  • Within one working day we tell you whether the drawing is usable
  • You look at the finished image and decide whether we carry on
  • Your drawing stays confidential and is not passed to third parties

Three steps, one minute

We are not asking for more than this. The details can wait until you have seen the image.

What you get

Three deliverables from one drawing

You hand over the drawing once. Everything after that is produced from the same geometry, so nothing contradicts anything else.

Dollhouse visual of an apartment with a balcony
01 — for listings

Dollhouse visual

One apartment as an open 3D section from above, fully furnished. This is what goes into the listing, the website and the sales presentation.

  • Dimensionally accurate walls from the drawing
  • A background-free version for any surface
  • A uniform tile version for your website grid

02 — for campaigns

Walkthrough video

The same apartment in a slow rotation. It works where a still image is no longer enough: in feeds, in paid ads, in newsletters.

  • Portrait and landscape cut at the same time
  • Caption and logo in your own brand
  • Readable with the sound off
Four apartments from the same series of dollhouse visuals
03 — for the whole scheme

Every apartment, as one series

Not one nice picture of the show flat, but one image of every unit. That way the buyer can compare, and the decision is about the apartment, not about image quality.

  • Identical light and tone across the series
  • Identical tile size for the website
  • Extendable when a new phase starts
How it works

Four steps, and none of them is your time

No photographer, no survey, no waiting for the building. The drawing your architect already has is enough.

You hand over the drawing

DWG, DXF or IFC is simplest, but we also work from PDF and PNG drawings.

We isolate the apartment

We cut the unit out of the floor plate along its own outline and open the door and window reveals as drawn.

We furnish and light it

Furniture, textiles, flooring, light. This is where it is decided whether the buyer sees a warm home or a cold model.

We align it into a series

Shared tone, shared background, identical tile size. This step does not touch the geometry.

Work

This is what a series looks like

Nine apartments from the same scheme. Light and tone are measured to be identical: the spread in brightness is 0.2 steps and in warmth 0.2. Side by side you cannot tell they were produced separately.

What the other two routes can and cannot do

There are three ways to show a buyer an apartment. They are not the same, and they are not available at the same time.

The table compares the nature of the three routes, not the offers of specific suppliers. It contains no prices because the cost of the other two routes varies by orders of magnitude from scheme to scheme.

Who we work for

Not only residential schemes

Developer

The whole unit mix as one series, ready for the start of pre-sales. Most of our work is this.

Series of images and video

Estate agency

One apartment at a time, for a listing. We work from the seller's drawing, so nobody has to go out and photograph.

One unit, quickly

Architect

For client presentations and planning committees, from your own drawing. The geometry stays yours; we only make it visible.

Frequently asked

Worth clearing up in advance

What does it cost?
You pay per apartment. There is no project set-up fee and no hourly rate. The price per unit depends on how many apartments there are and what format the drawing is in, so we do not publish a list price: you put the scope together in the calculator and get a concrete quote within one working day. The first apartment image is free, so you see the quality before you pay.
How long does it take?
We reply to a quote request within one working day. We give the production deadline once we have seen the drawing, because it depends on the number of apartments and on whether we start from DWG, DXF or IFC, or from a PDF or PNG drawing. We only put a deadline in writing if we can keep it.
What if I do not like it?
The first apartment image is free. If you do not like it, that is where it ends, and the image is still yours. An ordered series includes two revision rounds per apartment, and revisions come out of the same model, so the work does not start over.
What drawings can you work from?
DWG, DXF and IFC are the simplest, because the geometry can be read directly. We also work from PDF and PNG drawings: in that case we straighten and scale the drawing first, so that the walls land at true scale. That is one extra step, not an obstacle.
How accurate is the image?
Walls, partitions, doors, windows and room boundaries come from the drawing, so they are dimensionally accurate. Furniture, flooring and colours are illustrative, and we say so on the image.
Who owns the image?
Full usage rights belong to the client, on every digital channel, with no time limit. Source files are handed over under a separate agreement.
What happens if the design changes?
The model is built from the drawing, so a change does not mean a new project. We remake the affected apartments, the rest stay as they are, and the series stays consistent.
Can you do mezzanine or two-storey apartments?
Yes. For a mezzanine apartment the image is composed from a section through two levels. That is more involved, so it takes longer. We give the exact time once we have seen the drawing.

We start with one apartment, not with a contract.

See what comes out of your own drawing, and then decide whether you want it for the whole unit mix.
